Oil and gas tenders in Myanmar

The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar is expected to announce winners of the pending bids for 30 offshore blocks shortly. Major oil and gas companies seeking to operate in this exciting market include: Shell who have placed a bid with Mitsui Oil; ConocoPhillips who has partnered with Statoil; Chevron; ExxonMobil; Total; PTTEP; Petronas and OVL.

Find out more about the tenders, along with updates on exploration projects and hydrocarbon data analysis as well as new investment opportunities by attending the Myanmar Oil and Gas Week. Officially supported by the Ministry of Energy and Myanma Oil and Gas Enterprise (MOGE), this conference and exhibition will take place on 24 – 27 February 2014 at the Traders Hotel in Yangon.
